By using our website, app, or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
2. Our Role
Soobooking acts as an intermediary between travelers and hotels. We provide a digital space where hotels can display their rooms, services, and availability, and customers can make bookings directly through our platform. Soobooking does not own or operate any hotel facilities listed on the website.
3. Hotel Partnership Agreement
Hotels partnering with Soobooking must:
Provide complete and accurate information about their rooms, facilities, and services.
Grant Soobooking permission to photograph or film hotel properties for promotional use.
Maintain regular communication with Soobooking representatives during business hours (minimum 14 hours daily).
Handle guest property responsibly and ensure a safe, trustworthy environment.
Welcome Soobooking guests with courtesy and provide the agreed-upon services.
Submit monthly commission payments of 15% for all bookings made through Soobooking.
4. Soobooking’s Commitment
Soobooking agrees to:
Promote partner hotels across our website, social media, and advertising channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
Ensure daily updates of available and booked rooms on our platform.
Maintain the commission rate of 15%, which will not increase regardless of customer growth.
Offer training and technical support to selected hotel staff on how to manage bookings and maximize visibility.
Provide rewards or recognition to hotels that achieve high guest satisfaction ratings.
5. Bookings and Payments
Customers can view hotel availability and make bookings through Soobooking’s website or mobile app.
Hotels are responsible for confirming bookings and ensuring accuracy in room availability.
Payments and commissions are processed according to the terms agreed upon between Soobooking and each hotel partner.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Each hotel partner has its own cancellation and refund policy. Customers must review the hotel’s specific policy before booking. Soobooking is not responsible for refunds or cancellations made directly with hotels.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between hotels, customers, or Soobooking will first be addressed through direct communication and, if unresolved, through local arbitration in Hargeisa, Somaliland.
8. Limitation of Liability
Soobooking is not liable for:
Any loss, damage, or injury occurring during a guest’s stay at a hotel.
Errors in information provided by hotels.
Delays or interruptions due to internet connectivity or third-party services.
9. Updates to Terms
Soobooking may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
